Our products are designed with smiles in mind. So if your order results in anything short of a smile, please let us know. We promise to turn your frown upside-down!

Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Customer Service within 14 days of the receipt of the item.

The item must be returned to Inspired Generations within 14 business days of the issuance of the RMA.

Missing items or items damaged in transit*:

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 1 business day of receipt of the item.

Product defects*:
Refunds, credits or replacements will be issued based on inspection. If you discover a product defect, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

*Please note that in all cases, all outgoing & return freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
